Community Infrastructure

The National Wealth Service is able to source institutional investment for organisations and funds working in Community Infrastructure, such as Social Impact Housing, Renewable Energy etc., advising on suitable strategies, engaging with all stakeholders to navigate and provide solutions to national issues.

In addition, Gary can also source institutional investment for many other asset classes, with extensive experience in equity, debt, real assets & long/short.

As an example in the Social Impact property space, there is a crisis in the provision of housing in the UK, particularly for those who are the most vulnerable in society, with the latest figure for England (March 2025) showing that 123 00 families, including 160 000 children, are living in unsuitable temporary accommodation every night, at considerable cost to the UK taxpayer.

Gary works with Resonance as their Head of Investor Relations, and was instrumental in raising £174 million (fund closed 14 February 2025) to alleviate the homelessness described above, and will continue to raise institutional investment for the new fund scheduled to be launched in Q3 2025.

Sales Training

Bringing a distinctive set of skills gained from many years of successfully gathering over £10 billion of business assets, Gary brings to life the real challenges facing todays pursuit of profitable sales, pertinent to any industry, individual contributors or sales leadership teams.

After consultation, Gary will design a specific and relevant programme, embracing all aspects that are identified as important by each business he works with.

Whilst there are common threads, such as "The 3 Centres", "The 4 P's" and "The 3 C's", every programme clinically addresses each attendees and business requirements and outcomes.

Coaching

Coaching is a balance of Art and Science, understanding the outcomes required and facilitating a pathway to success.

Gary has studied in great depth some of the leading coaching and business leaders, bringing a very successful methodology of "Enjoyment Through Superior Skills".

His philosophy embraces the undeniable fact that to gain the greatest rewards and desired outcomes, you must enjoy what you are doing, and this is achieved by continual improvement and excellence, by demonstrating superior skills to your peers and competitors.

But more importantly knowing how to execute under pressure, to as near perfection in every situation you encounter.

Finanical Services Distribution

After successfully leading sales distribution teams in institutional and retail financial services, at the Regional, UK, European and Global levels, Gary brings hands-on experience on how to design and implement distribution strategy.

Gary is able to quickly identify where your investment and business solutions are strong, and where there needs to be more work undertaken.

He puts in place short term strategies that utilise those strengths to bring in revenue for immediate success, whilst providing guidance on how to establish other solutions for profitable medium and long term growth.

Investment and Pension Guidance

Have you ever felt daunted by the multitude of choices in financial services?

How to begin to fully understand how your existing pensions and investments work?

Not quite ready to go to outlets for advice, not happy with the value given by current advisers, but just want a safe environment to have a meaningful conversation without jargon?..........

Gary has many friends in the same position, looking for trusted guidance, who have turned to him to have that conversation.

It is cost effective and could prove to be what you require to gain the confidence and understanding that you crave..
